1. Nature of the App / 本アプリの性質

YouTube Automation is a personal tool operated by its developer for the developer's own YouTube channel. It is not a public service and is provided as-is, without warranty.

本アプリは開発者本人が自分のYouTubeチャンネルのために運用する個人用ツールであり、公的なサービスではありません。現状有姿で提供され、保証はありません。

2. Authorization / 認可

The App acts only on channels whose owner has authorized it through Google OAuth. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

本アプリは、チャンネル所有者が Google OAuth で認可した範囲でのみ動作します。認可は上記ページからいつでも取り消せます。

3. Third-party terms / 第三者の規約

Use of YouTube features through the App is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Disclaimer / 免責

The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.

法令で認められる範囲で、開発者は本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
